Could someone please tell me how to know what lnbf I currently have installed? A couple weeks ago I upgraded my joey to a super joey and they had to run a third line from my dish and bury it. Couldn’t they have just replaced my solo node with a hybrid duo?

No, you needed the extra line to support the two extra tuners to the Super Joey.

I have seen install schematics showing a H2 + Super Joey on the hybrid duo node.

You obviously don't have hybrid LNBs. The second drawing is for a hybrid configuration. Hybrids, typically are for use with H3s...

That’s what I figured they would do.
