How *hot* are CONUS transponders on 110 vs. 119?

I'm doing some re-aiming this afternoon, and so far on average, the best I am able to get is 119 in the 95-115 range, and 110 in the 80-95 range. No tree blockage, slightly overcast skies. Are the CONUS tp's on 119 just that much more hot than 110? I'm in Southwest Michigan. Using a Dish 1000, and only aiming for 110/119 at the moment. I have skew set to exact manual specs (121 I think it is) and elevation I started at 30 for my zip, but have raised it 1-2 degrees for a slight overall improvement. Ideas on why the difference exists between 110 and 119? Is it me or the birds?

Some example signal strenghts, first 119:

TP 1 = 0
TP 2 = 95
TP 3 = 0
TP 4 = 95
TP 5 = 113
TP 6 = 93
TP 7 = 105
TP 8 = 94
TP 9 = 0
TP 10 = 93
TP 11 = 103

TP 1, 3 9 are spotbeams not covering me.

And now for 110:

TP 7 = 85
TP 13 = 83
TP 17 = 81
TP 12 = 85 (this is where MY locals are on, spot beam)
TP 11 = 91
TP 21 = 85
TP 1 = 90
TP 15 = 83

The dish1000 is centered on 119. That's why you'll see higher signal generally speaking at 119 than either 110 or 129 (notwithstanding the current problems at 129).

If you had a dish500 you would probably be able to get them closer to being equal because the 500 is centered between 110 and 119.

I do have one, I just had it setup for 61.5 with an I bracket, but if its going to give me better 110 (HD) reception, then I will go swap it out, and use a Dish 300 for 61.5 (going to re-position that one as well, high is only 80 right now b/c of trees). I was hoping that the new mount I just put in would get 129, but still doesnt. Its just about an impossible task on my property, unless I wanted to put up another dish in the middle of my yard (which I dont!).

In Idaho, no mater how the dish is peaked, the 110 sat always reads ~10-15 pts less than 119. I've been told in the midwest they are able to get equal signals but have not seen that myself (the dish rep told me that).

Well I spent too much time aiming already, with the Dish500 back in place for 110/119, my low on 110 is 88, high is about 105. Most are in the mid 90's. For 119, the low in about 94, high 115, average around 105-108. Had to raise my elevation up almost 4 degrees from what the point screen indicated though.
