How install VIP722 (switch, lnb type, Americans top 250)

Hi - I live in a remote area of Montana so about a few hours from civilization I guess - (so getting it installed by dish is a little out of hand)

I subscribe to Americans Top 250 -


just with this one dish vip722 i cant find any data on what LNBs / switches/ I would be using for this combination.

vip722 has a combiner (SAT1 SAT2) straight to dishplus LNB - port 1 - and an extra LNP is looped to port "LNB IN"

How would i start to align this satellite and 3 lnb ?

I was thinking start somehow with a 110 classic legacy lnb and a 1990s dish300 - but at this location i do not have those available -


My background -
worked for WISP - installed PTP links from low mhz to 30ghz
installed two way directv internet no problem
installed basic dish receivers, combiners, diseqs from 1998-2003 for family in area
live truck operator for local News station, setup the satellite uplinks, and links back to station for live feeds

You will want a Dish 1000.2 with the appropriate LNB (Eastern or Western arc, depending on what locals you are eligible for). No switch necessary.
