How long after software release until installation

I was looking at the current software version list on dishnetwork's website and see that version 2.31 for my 3900 receiver was released on the 14th. Just checked and see that mine still shows version 2.30. Is a couple of days delay a normal thing? I have my receiver set to automatically accept downloads without my permission and turn it off nightly. Thanks.

Echostar will usually roll out new SW versions on a limited release basis. In other words they release it to say 10,000 receivers at a time and do new batchs of receivers maybe every week or two. This way if there are any new feature that customer see Echostar is not bombarded by 100,000 of service calls all at once. Just be patient you will eventually get the update.
