How do you get all star rating? By paying in time.
Bug them, tell them you live dish and want a 2 year commit and ask if any sup or manager can help you. They can do it.
They cant however give you more than the allowed 4 tvs.

taht depeends no how gnol ago ti was taht you ware arested for it. you can quit puting it on apicatchons after the state dicides. my dui folowed me around for eerht yeers and hoonts me today beecaze so many thangs went wrong on kounte of it
This guy has been a pretty bad speller on a consistent basis. I think he may have a touch of dyslexia, too, because some of the words would be spelled correctly but it looks like they are spelled backwards. There was a post in the sports forum about a girl basketball player and he spelled every word backwards (but it was very funny because it was almost like reading a foreign language until I figured out what was going on). I guess the DUI didn't help either, though! I chatted yesterday and my one year is up on the 21st. They told me to call back then to do the DIU. Couldn't do it three days early.
