I wouldn't count on D* offering a better deal. They're moving to MPEG-4 too. And will probably still be into HD-lite as a way of life. I doubt D* will change, unless they see E* overtaking them in subscriber numbers, as they have in profitability.

Wondering about the options myself and specifically whether I can keep receiving my old HD channels on the 921 with the new HD package and receiver upgrade in another room.?

Also anyone know whether or not we can buy a 211 now and upgrade a 921 for the 622 later in April as well ? Dare we ask to upgrade HD in more than one room in the same year.
