Called Dish about the noise. They sent what was supposed to be a new Hopper. Of course it was a refurbished piece of junk that did not work for someone else. Spent all the time downloading, authorizing and setting it up to find out the tuners did not work properly.
Call Dish again and talk to the girl who insists I must have moved the sat dish while changing out the old Hopper. Finally get to a supervisor. He schedules a service call and re authorizes old Hopper.
Service guy was good and replaced Hopper with a new one. No noise now.
