How to get 95 and 101 on directv world dish

Hi , i am a new guy here and a new guy for directv installer. I got a dish world directv and suppose to get 95 and 101 on this dish but anyway some how i can't get 95. I need to get Sbtn channels for the customer. Please help anyone. i have HR 21 HD receiver.

If you have hd and need int'l programmong, you will need to install a kaku dish along with the int'l dish and a 6x8 multiswitch. For settings, see the manual in tne box of the int'l. Here in so cal, it's roughly 44 elv. 62 tilt, and 138 az. In the near future, D* will move int'l channels to the 119 sat and you won't need to hang two dishes. If you're in the east coast, the int'ls are coming off the 72.5 sat.

IIRC, the 72.5 sat is primarily used for certain local markets on the East coast, not international programming.
