how to get rid of Dish Interactive Icon over programming

Where do you go in the receiver setup menus (625 in my case) to turn off the DISH interactive icon in the upper right hand corner?

I know some channels provide interactive content, but I don't want that annoying bug in the corner of my screen while trying to watch programming I have paid for. If DISH wants to show it during ads, fine, but not during my programming! I want to turn that bugger off!

I've configured that to "disable" and we'll see what happens the next time I watch some shows on one of those two channels.
