How to make a Windows Domain

I've recently been into windows domain setups and I've been wondering how I would deploy windows to the other pc's, I have an Hp desktop from 2009 with 4gb ram and a core 2 quad that I'm going to be useing for this project (it has windows 10 pro). How would I go by deploying windows onto other computers or even just install windows on them and make them join the domain or even setup the domain all together? Also what software would I need

Well I do have windows server on it as well, but also something dumb is that I see in my schools domain, as long as you type the user name right you can get into any account (this is how I have acsess to staff accounts at school and am able to manage other pcs and shut down the whole system)
