How to post a poll?

It seems to me I posted a poll here before, but I dont remember how. I can't find a FAQ on this. Where are there instructions on posting a poll?

Click on "Post a New Thread" then towards the bottom, look for:

Post a Poll
[ ] Yes, post a poll with this thread
Number of poll options: 4_____ (Maximum: 10)

Check the box, etc, you get the idea.

Yes, I did that. But there was no further place to enter the choices. I tried an ordered list, but no luck.

You need to submit the message after clicking that box (and typing the body of your message) it will then give you the boxes to enter your choices.
