Hello,

Can someone share how to insert photos into posts?

Is there a test thread somewhere, for this kind of activity? So I can practice the insertion. lol.

Or feel free to link me to the thread area of perpetual instructions. lol.

Can I just copy and paste images directly to this site, or do I need to upload to photobucket first, then copy the url. ? ? Then copy and paste that url ? ? ?

Thanks.

Trying to follow up to an old thread finally, with images.

You can upload a picture you have. You may have to pick "More Options" in the reply box at the bottom then "upload a file" is a choice.

You can insert the internet URL that is the picture also.

Use [ ] those brackets with img between them, then the url, then [ ] brackets with /img between them.

I thought there was a test thread but I don't see it. You can easily delete your post however.

Thanks for the quick reply.

So .... try your best to post photos in these threads, is what I heard.

I will now proceed to do so.

Watch out. lol.

Copy and paste works also for most images.

I'm old and stupid. I have photos on a cell phone I want to post..

I have no clue how to get them onto this site? ? ? :imconfused

I can Bluetooth to the desktop email.

Looks like I need to save to desktop somehow, then follow posted instructions.

Photo posted was in my desktop. That was a test photo.

Will continue to try to post images.

Several images will show a pretty cool custom dish install on a slant shingled roof.
If I can post said images.
So stand by.

Oh, ... it won't be 8 months for my next post. :biggrin
