How to re-initializtize the disk on 722

Title says it all, anyone know the sequence to reinitialize the disk on a 722?

There is probably a button sequence to do this (you might try this: http://www.satelliteguys.us/dish-ne...s/96954-how-re-initialize-hard-drive-dvr.html), another way is: connect to a computer, use disk management tool to delete all partitions, reconnect connect to dvr.
