How to recover deleted shows on a 722?

all my shows got deleted

this is what i was afraid of
i was hoping there was a 722 developer online that can tell us a secret sequence of key strokes that will open up a whole slew of "not for public viewing" features that will do stuff like this

Slight chance for recover, if you stop using the disk right away after discovering it.
You will need to find not Linux guru, but knowledgeable person in E*FS algos.
