How to turn left side bar back on

Some time in the past, I turned the left side bar off. With the new layout, I can't find any way to turn it back on.

I've tried checking and unchecking the 'sticky side bar' and 'sticky user bar' in Preferences, but there is no difference.

Change your 'style' at the bottom of the page to 2016 then the open and close sidebar button appears near the top of the page. When you have it how you want it you can change your style back.

Correct this is currently the only way I know to do it. Gonna have to go in and see about getting it added to the new style.

I tried changing the theme, but I still don't see the button. I tried ALL the themes, and I just can't find it!

I renewed my pub membership, and now the button shows.
