HR21-100 Tuner 2 Searching For Signal

Last Night and Tonight i pressed the previous button and then searching for signal on tuner 2 popped up, i look at my signal strengths and Tuner 1 is at 92. So then i did a reset and it fixed the problem and then i looked at the strength and its good for tuner 2. All the cables are secure, and its only sometimes when i hit the previous that it will act up.

not sure what i could be
