I have a HR21-700 receiver that locked up on 10/21 or 10/22. I unplugged it and it wouldn't come out of sleep mode. I also hit the reset button and still nothing happened. Directv says the receiver must be bad and wanted to change it out. They sent me a HR21-200 to replace it with. Can anything be done to get my old receiver working again? It is on, just no lights on the front panel are working and it won't respond to the remote or pushing buttons on the front of the receiver. Can the saved shows be transfered from one to the other?
