When in My Playlist, the receiver does not respond to the Red (Delete), Green (Tab) or Yellow (Playlist Options) buttons. Blue (Keep) does work. Scrolling in My Playlist is still very sluggish.

When I go to Channel 1080 which is the 1080P On Demand Channel, I get a message saying "1080 (1080PCE) is currently not available."

When I go any of the other On Demand Channels it says that channel is currently not available!

Sundude - it takes a while for several things to start working again after a download. The to-do list, the VOD, the prioritizer, sometimes guide, lots of things.

I always recomend downloading and then waiting until the next morning to really test stuff. That way the receiver has time to "normalize". The software downloads are intented to be at 3am for a reason when they are sent out to customers.

I tried the receiver this morning and it still had the problem. Red Button Reset fixed non responsive buttons but scrolling is still very sluggish.

Glad somebody at D* FINALLY woke up about this one!!!

TV Aspect Ratio can now be set on all models including R22

Already heard from a couple clients that were just upgraded to these units to replace their SD Tivo's, since we are in a 72.5 market. Everytime the locals go to 4:3 prog w/the black bars on the sides, the picture on everyone's 4:3 sets looks like a tiny picture w/bars on ALL sides of it. Particularly when you are watching this on a smaller SD TV, you sure don't have a lot of picture to watch!
Since D* was planning on downconverting HD feeds of local channels in these markets all along, this should have been a no-brainer & should have been in these boxes BEFORE these conversions started... :rolleyes: :mad:

The intermittent super slowmotion bug after using 30secskip on standard definition recordings on my HR22 is even worse now.
By worse I mean now not only does it return in slowmotion but audio and video are out of sync as well.

On Demand has finally started working. Network Services still will not work and I had an expert walk me through the whole thing from A to Z and it still won't connect. It is NOT on my End. I have done everything. It has to do with you Directv!

Things take time to "reload or populate" and work just fine you seem to have all kinds of issues and negative stuff. What exactly isn't working for you now?

I wish there was a second option for the replay button for more than 5 seconds. like 10 ,15 or 30.

Network services is there for configuring port forwarding. The receivers often fail this test, upwards of 50%+.

There are no functions of the receiver that are dependent of this right now, but there will be in the future.

As for now, they know the network service function needs work, don't worry about it yet.

i dont know if this is due to the ce release or not because i have not had directv long to know (got it on the first and downloaded my first ce on that saturday) have the latest ce release but my series recordings do not work like tonight i had a series recording for knight rider and i went to my to do list and no knight rider was there even though when i went to set up the recording it sayed record as is or something like that
any help i greatly helpful as i have too many recordings to lose going back to a regular release

The stutter slowmotion problem has gotten worse. Now it also occurs when starting a standard definition program. I hope tomorrow nights CE fixes this annoyance. Again this is on a HR22-100.
