HWS and 211K Billing DIRT Help?

I looked My Current Services section at DISH and saw a charge I have not seen before.

I see a charge for $12.00 DVR service which is for the HWS I assume.

I then see a "$7.00 HD Receiver" fee which is new and I have never seen before.

Prior to getting my HWS I had a 722K and a 211K and was only charged the $7.00 DVR fee ......never a "HD Receiver" fee.

I'm not sure why all of a sudden with a HWS I now pay this "HD Receiver" fee for my 211K.

I tried to start a conversation with DIRT but none of them responded.

Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this charge?

Do you have a Joey also? If so that is the $7 fee. If not 211 is charged at $7.The Hopper has a $12 DVR fee.

No Joey.....just the HWS and 211K

Prior to the HWS I had a 722K with the $7.00 DVR fee....... and the 211K and was never charged the $7.00 HD Receiver Fee for the 211K

Shoot me a PM and I will look into this. However, it appears correct if you have a Hopper and a 211.

You got away without paying for however long you had that setup. Looks like the computer caught up to you when you upgraded to HWS.

I would double check past bills, as the 211 should have been charged $7 while active. If you got by without it, be happy, but yes, it should have been charged as David mentioned.
