HWS goes to standby mode

Anyone else having a issue with this, my HWS is moving to standby while we are watching tv?

Have you checked Menu/Settings/Diagnostics/Updates to be sure it's set to 'Disabled'?

The factory default on that is two hours, a lot of installers don't mention it or ask if you want/need it changed.

I have had the hopper for quite a while, recently started doing this, I will check tonight to see if for some reason settings have changed

It may have gotten changed with a software update.

I have all my Hoppers set on 4 hours. They did not change with the S502 update.
