Have 2 has hws & wireless joey
Been having trouble with each has trying to access the others recordings
Today the main has would only display channel 132. All others came back with signal loss message. Check status showed no signal on port 1 or port 2
Power button reboot has seemed to resolve things for now

Any ideas

Hello, bnewt. If the Hoppers aren't detecting each other or if the Joey that's connected to the first Hopper isn't detecting stuff on the 2nd one, this would be an indication of an issue with the MoCA network. This can happen from time to time, and reset normally will help resolve this issue. However, this shouldn't be something that's happening every day. How often are you running into this issue?

Regarding the signal issue, that is certainly a strange one. With it not persisting through a reset, I can't be certain to the cause. If you do see that spring up again though, we would love to investigate the cause with you being running a few test and questions before we reset! -Caleb S

sure wish someone had an idea, been having this issue for about a month now
having to reset basically daily in order for the hws to view the others recordings

If you're seeing signal loss on any ports, and both hoppers can't always see each other's DVRs, I'd probably start by checking the fittings at the node, and possibly replacing the node itself.

You have doomed me now, I can’t see the other HWS from eitherHWS.

And no, it’s not the fittings or the node. Just came up recently.

Maybe a “move to H3” process? Conspiracies!

They’re too busy right now.
