HWS Recording issues..Playback error code 04

Intermittent issues on playback. For example 10 episodes of shark tank, 8 will play and 2 give error code 04.

Single recorded events are the same way, hit and miss. Also it's not isolated to 1 channel or network.

2 brand new accounts less than 30 days old both experiencing the same issue with error code 04 trying to playback a recording. Not on all recordings, just some.

Anyone else seen this? Dish doesn't have any answers.

I would ask for a replacement. It sounds like your hard drive is getting ready to give up.

I got another hws on the way. Not convinced that's the issue. I thought this might have been an isolated incident until I did a google search. Had results that even included this site....http://lmgtfy.com/?q=dish+network+error+code+04 Seems like a common error code, just not on hws.
