I am in Florida and Dish says i need a 1000

If i go from a 942 to a 622 they insist they have to come out and intsall a dish 1000 and take down the other 2 dishes i have 2 dish 500s 1 pointed at 110,119
and 1 pointed at 61.5 on the wing. so is this true ? I have heard alot of bad things about 129.

You are good with what you have, forget the dish 1000

I just went through the same thing. Trying to get Silver package and also to get a VIP211. Finally was able to talk to the supervisor and she said, Oh, you already have another dish pointing at 129. No problem then. BTW, 129 is still weak but better than it was from what I have heard. You are better off with 61.5 I would think.

I am in Tampa, Fl have HD Gold and have the 500 with a separate dish, have had this since Feb 06.
