I don't know about 103 since I can't get the beam of that satellite on the ku side, but I know there's an NBC and Telemundo mux @ 105 C band. Those feeds are DVB-S2 8PSK in HD, so you would need a receiver that can tune those feeds (the AZBox Elite maybe?) I use a USB Tuner with my Computer to get those feeds, it's called the DVBWorld.

But if you are interested in NBC feeds that are DVB-S and SD, there's always 99 on C band or the mux @ 72 Ku Band

the channels on 103W KU are free to air...they're DVB-S2 though
