I just got Viewsat Extrem; What do I do Next?

Can You help me please?
I just got Viewsat Extrem; Could someone help me getting it going?
I realy do not know what to do?
Could you please tell me what I need to do?
I'm trying to get 110, 119 and 61.5.
I have scanned all the sat(s) got all the channels with name like Echostar101.
