I called the other day to say my locals were really bad and that I wished I had a 2nd upgraded receiver. The tech said wait one minute and said I qualified for 2nd receiver. I told her I paid for 211 back in feb. and was told not refundable. She said wait a minute and set up for install no charge, I guess the computer is allowing them to do a 2nd one now. Had my 622 installed 4/1 and its great.
