I know, not another one but Finally got the new Bill From Dish

So I'm trying to figure out the billing thing. I've gotten the March Bill and I have a pretty straight forward package:

AT 200, HBO + STARZ, 622 and 322, HD + Platinum

Since Dish can't bill me the same amount for any month for the past year, It seems that I'm being charged $10.00 more a month, even though I dropped Multi sport and DHPP?

Classic Silver 200 With DVR 57.99
HBO & STARZ 22.00
Multi Sport 5.99
DISH Home Protection Plan (DHPP) 5.99
Duo Receiver 5.00
HD & Platinum 10.00
Total: $ 106.97

America's Top 200 With Locals 52.99
HBO & STARZ 22.00
Duo Receiver 14.00
DVR Service 6.00
HD & Platinum 10.00
Total: $ 104.99

Is there something I'm missing, or is everyone in for quite a shock when they realize that "no big fee increases" means paying $10.00 more a month for a receiver?

I think everyone is in for a shock. I'm not all that happy with these new fee's but then again it's still cheaper than cable.
