Hi, I am a charter digital customer and currently have only 1 settop box a explorer 3000. I wanted to add a second box for another room and decided to buy a used box 3200 instead of renting a second one, I have it all hooked up and get the message "your explorer settop is not authorized" What do I do now to get it to work? I have a feeling if i call charter there not gonna let me just add it like I want too without forking over more money. Thanks for any help. chris
