I have following this thread for a while and finally decided to post that I sent and email to the Support team at VisionSat.
I have continual problems with the unit with 118 bin locking up about every 24 hours. I tried multiple Hard drives and Flash disk and same issue. I know other Users that have the unit and same thing.
The recovery of course is to Power on/reset. The problem with this recovery is all Guide data is lost. I told the Support Team this problem and asked if the Coders could write Guide data to USB storage if detected.
I want to love this receiver but a few annoyances keep me from doing that.
I will patiently wait for a response from Visionsat Team and report back. But wanted to find out if anybody knows how to report problems to coders to fix some base factory functions.
Lastly, does anybody have a list of fixes that are between 112 and 118????
