I think i got screwed

So I was driving to class today when i noticed that someone on the way had a Dish 1000. Not having seen one around where i live (North of Rockford IL) I asked myself "wait wasnt i suppose to get one" Heres the story:

I called to upgrade my 811 to a 622 on feb 1, they installed the 622 along with a dish 500 so i could get 129, but they didnt switch my Super Dish out for a 1000. Wasnt this included with my 299 purchase and swap?

If it was, can i call and complain?

I don't live too far from you. I used an old D300 18" dish to pick up 61.5 instead of going for 129. The signal from 61.5 is very strong, mid-to-upper 90s on all transponders.

In response to your question no you did not get screwed, you would have gotten screwed if the sd had been taken out.
