I came across this channel the other day, Andisheh TV. It was running a program that caught my eye so I watched it for a few minutes. I then went to the website, http://www.andisheh.tv/ to see what it was all about. Here is what I found in part:
Andisheh offers many different kinds of social, economic, cultural, historical and entertaining programs. All of these programs are geared to provide a basis for development of mutual understanding between Iranians and the various countries around the world.
What was so funny about it, is they were broadcasting a Three Stooges short. I guess the Three Stooges did have some redeeming qualities. It made us laugh. Anyway, the channel does show more serious stuff too.
There is always something new and interesting in FTA. Can't beat it!
