If I go to Best Buy, how can I tell which systems have the new Falcon chip?

I already have a PS3, but am looking at buying either the 360 Arcade or the bundle that places Forza along with the console. I'm dying to play Forza and, if I don't buy the bundle, I will pick it up with the Arcade console. Isn't the Falcon chip set supposed to keep these things from dying and, if so, how can I tell if the system I'm buying contains it?
