We were updating our "Dish Promo" software (the program that has all of your acct info when you call in) and it was temporarily down. Lots of great new feature to help the customer better. There were some glitches throughout the remainder of the day regarding activating receivers and scheduling techs but a lot of that was fixed, maybe just a few minor things left over to fix but its being worked on. FYI just in case you called in today.
