i'm in csr hell!!

I finished my 1 year commitment today, and I called to see about upgrading to hd with a lease package. The first csr I talked to told me I didnt qualify, but couldnt tell me why. I called again this evening, and the new csr told me that there were no hd upgrades for existing customers right now. She said they would be starting a new lease offer in April, and I would recieve the info in the mail sometime this month. She couldnt tell me what the offer was, but she knew I would get an offer in the mail. I've read all the horror storys, but this is my first. I'm starting to wonder if I will ever get HD.
 
I did that, but it didnt show anything. Maybe there will be something tomorrow. My 1 year just ended today.

Ask to speak to an account specialist, or someone from the Executive Management Team. Then tell them what you want, also if Comcast is in your area it does nto hurt to mention that Comcast will give you $25 off a month for 16 months to "Ditch the Dish".
 
I wish I could go to cable, but it isnt available where I live. I may still mention it anyway.
 
I know that a lot of people would jump to Comcast if they gave them that kind of offer around here (if we had Comcast cable in this area).

Maybe this is the reason. I cant be sure that every bill got there exactly on time. However, I can say that they all got there. If that is the reason it is crazy. I'm trying to stuff money in thier pockets, and they wont get there hands out of the way!

Hey, Just An Update. The Leasing Option Showed Up On My Account Last Week, And I Ordered An 811. I Decided To Go With The 811 Due To Cost Issues With The 921 And 942. I'm Going To Hook Them Both Up To The New Dlp So I Can Have The Best Of Both Worlds. I Just Wont Be Able To Record Hd. Not A Big Deal.
