Incredible Dish Store Customer Service!!

Ordered a twin LNB from the Dish Store and they replied back that the unit was defective and I could get one from DN free of charge. Called DN and after the typical 25 minute wait I got someone (after 8 minutes on hold) who said the unit was recalled and they would send a new one out.

If you ever need anything Dish Store is the place to go. I know I won't ever buy anything for my setup anywhere else. Jim
