Info screen vs Check Switch screen

I have 625 & 1000.2 with integrated triple lnb. On info screen there is a red X under 129. If I go to the Check Switch screen it shows green on both even and odd transponders on 129.
Also if i go to signal strength it has a lock on 129 and I have that channel that says "you are pointed at the 129 orbital position" or something to that effect. Whats up with the info screen.
Also I don't currently have HD programming. Thanks Wayne

A 625 isn't a high def receiver so you wouldn't have high def without an upgrade. It seems like your issue may be a software problem. After the check switch is done, hit "done" and then when it locks on a satellite, hit "view live tv". This should force a download of software. Afterwards see if the info screen is fixed. If not, unplug the receiver for about 10 minutes and plug it back in. That will hard reset it for sure and it may solve the issue.

Mine does the same on the 625, but shows green on the VIP722 I have. 625 works fine though
