first time poster love the site and have learned a lot but I need some advice.

I will be moving into a new house at the end of the month. Presently I have the 622 receiver dish 1000.2 and wing dish for 61.5. and absolute hd package with Memphis tn locals programing
I would like to keep the programing the way it is.

I have line of sight problem due to trees. I think there is a gap that I could see the 61.5
satellite but I would not be able to get the 110,119,or 129 satellites. Would dishnetwork let me get the 1000.4 for service?

Also I physically will be living in Mississippi (Columbus/Tupelo dma but no hd locals) but my mailing address will be in Counce TN (Jackson TN dma which E has no locals!!) I have paperless billing
so dish does not have to know I moved.

Should I buy a 1000.4 dish an install myself and not change my service or call dish and let them
do the install? And then “move” back later.

According to the dish 1000.4 installation
manual my azimuth angle is 153 and elevation 45 (zip code 383xx) . I have a gap in my trees
that I can hit. And how hard will it be to install for a “first timer” .

Sorry for a long post.
Thanks

Eastern Arc is for new customers not existing customers and you probably would need a new smart card to get the Eastern Arc. Call DISH to get their answer seeing it looks like EA or lose you as a customer.
