Installer Directory?

I'm in Kansas City, MO, and I want to talk, face to face, with a reputable E* installer. I want to do DIU, which would waive my installation fee, but it looks like the install is going to be complicated, if it works at all.

If I do DIU, can I request a specific installer?

When I moved to this house, a nice and fairly competent installer performed my move, and the same guy came back a few weeks later to fix one of my bad decisions. I wouldn't mind talking to this guy again. Is there a way for me to find this guy directly?

If you're an installer, without giving away the family recipe, what would you charge me for coming out, trying to aim a dish that probably won't work, but finalizing the DIU install if it does work?

There is no real installers directory but there is a dish retailers website and then theres CABL Bar - Broadband Forums, Employment and Classified Ads that might help.
