Looking to lower the bill by dropping my locals (OTA HD Antenna that gets them) and dropping my insurance. This is $10/mo savings, but is dropping the insurance worth it?

Jerry, I have the Top 200 with DVR advantage ($50), silver HD ($20), locals ($5), dvr lease ($7), insurance ($5).

I have a vip622 and a vip612.

Is it worth it?

DHPP is $5.99/mo. you can definitely drop it. DHPP can be added when you need service and dropped after problem is cured with 622 and 612 they are new enough you should get a couple years of reliable service. Dropping the locals will drop your local guide information making it harder to record OTA on both receivers, manual timers would have to be set.
