is there a 5 dollar international add on still ? i am interested in the 32 dollar pack but want to get the cheapest international channel I can

edit...they raised it to 12.99 and includes 80 channels...I always thought it was just the church/shopping channels but they claim its more

There supposedly is an ala carte filipino radio channel for $4.99 which qualifies you to get one of the International packages, but I couldn't find it when I searched the Directv website. You may need to call to get the information.
