Tivo streaming service could be one of the first out of the gate, looking forward to their July announcement.

TiVo CEO Tom Rogers said at INTX that the DVR maker is developing an over-the-air TV service based on the Aereo model, but “done legally and better.”

TiVo promised to share more about its strategy this summer. “Yes, they are currently developing a product and although they are not releasing any details, they plan to hold a significant event in San Jose in late July to discuss it,”
