Agreed.

I run Let's Encrypt on multiple servers. The certs are currently good for 90 days. I have a cron entry that runs a refresh on the certs on the first day of every month. The refresh takes under 10 seconds. I could run the script every few days in the background. Even when they shorten the expiration to 45 days, this is a nothingburger issue that any competent sysadmin can handle with a few keystrokes.
