IP/DVB Data Services Delivered Via Satellite - Information or Assistance Request

While developing a new satellite receiver we discovered that it could log and list IP/DVB sources as data feeds and record these streams.

Do any members receive unencrypted IP/DVB data services with their PCI cards? I need assistance in finding information to research or to active services. Not much out there for hobbyists.
