iPhone + Sling adapter = Bad picture quality?

I've recently gotten my VIP 722k and Sling adapter working properly and when I stream on my local network using a web browser the picture is extremely good.

When I try to stream to my iPhone the picture is pretty terrible. I'm not at home but the quality over 3G is especially bad even though my home internet connection is a commercial Comcast account with 8 Mbit upload speed.

Does the iPhone Sling Player Mobile application produce better results? I've heard it has a "HQ" mode which I don't see on the iPhone Dish Remote Access application.

Have you tried watching on your iphone at home while connected to your wifi network?

I can't recall where but I can swear that there's an option to change picture quality...

I thought that ATT limited sling player to 256 kbps on 3G.

Yes I believe his issue is at&t which is why I told him to try it in his house on wifi.

I've been fighting all week trying to get my unlimited data back. I've been reading they're give it back to older customers who had iPhone before June to compete with Verizon. So next month when my 2 years are up I'm going to try again or I might walk.
