Is Any1 Pick Up Fox Hd Signal In Austin,tx

I was scanning for new local hd channels and i picked up fox digital signal which was kinda weird since they won't go full power for another 2 more months. It comes in at about 55-62% signal strength so it goes in and out. Is any1 in austin picking it up and do u know if fox in austin broadcasting early or what?
