Is Comcast Sports extra?

Just received my bill and it has an extra $25.74 on it, I pay my bill annually in January and usually just have locals to pay for monthly, so I called and was told by two people that it was for Comcast sports.....it's supposedly costs extra. I asked to speak to supervisor and was put on hold, then he comes back and says this time he will credit my account for the charges.....so far no credit.

After emailing ceo@achostar.com and talking to Kristyn Lovelace I've received my credit and problem is resolved......she assured me that Comcast is not extra and is included in AT180 package

Getting Your Refund

Was there anything special you told her to get your refund? Could be good advice the rest of us could use.

I just explained the situation and what I was told by the CSR, she agreed with me and that was about it
