Is International satellite radio the same as XM?

There's a show thats is on , International satellite radio "on the Star TV Network on Telstar 7, 129 W.L. Transponder 14,H 11.987 GHZ, 2.821msps". Is that like XM or Sirius satellite radio?

I don't think so.

The only international satellite radio that I'm aware of (which has a small portable receiver like XM and Sirius) is WorldSpace, an XM partner.
