Hello, this may be a dumb question but is there any catch to redeeming rebates online prior to installation. They seem to be making a big deal including a phone call

Does this somehow lock me in prior to install. I ask because if the issue some have mentioned with both having the right equipment at install appt

Any input would be great. Thanks

If you wait until after install, it'll take a while for it to kick in. If you do it prior to install, it'll show up on your first bill.

FYI, You should have posted this in the general forum.

however you are correct, if you fill this out prior to your install, and the install is for the wrong equipment or something else is wrong ie the address line or such, then your job must be rescheduled or filled out as on paper, and you will be charged upgrade fees as a 'current customer' to 'fix' the original install if you choose to have services installed. so there are pros and cons to doing both.
