Is PBJ satellite or broadcast?

I noticed this children's TV channel on the web..there doesn't seem to be too much about it, is it still going?, if so is it a satellite channel or a broadcast channel?

PBJ is a OTA subchannel
The owner (Luken) has the feed on big dish (C-Band)

If memory serves me correctly PBJ (Peanut-Butter-Jelly) used to be on 83W Ku along with a few other Lukens channels, but it appears they are popping up on OTA......

correct. Luken has their feeds on C-Band now (actually they had both for a while)
