In my time at Dish, I've accessed tens of thousands of accounts (literally), and in that time, I can remember ONE account with a 411 receiver. It was RA'd, and allegedly, we were sending another 411. I would be surprised if we did, though.

Something tells me that DISH will be targeting the VIP receivers to go out next. They want to make more monthly Fee money and the hopper/joey accounts accomplish that.

That doesn't make sense. First they would have to take out all MPEG2 equipment. And the VIP equipment is still strongly recommended to homes where the hopper does not belong.
